DESCRIPTION

We were brought into inStream Media as Interim CEO to help 2 entrepreneurial university technical Ph.D. professors & co-founders form the business plan, brand, define & launch the first minimum viable product (MVP), and raise funding.  We wrote the business plan and created the brand.  During the product build and market research, we determined certain technology was needed for the product to be financially viable for buyers, so the project reverted in-house until the technology could be built. Ultimately, investors chose not to reinvest in the next phase of development.
